Returns window: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Items should be unused, in original packaging and in resaleable condition. Opened personal care, beauty and hygiene items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
How to return: Email wholesale@ahoperatellc.com with your order number and reason. We will send you return instructions.
Refunds: After we receive and inspect your return, we refund the original payment method within [5-10] business days. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was damaged, defective or sent in error.
Damaged or wrong items: Contact us within [7] days of delivery with photos and we will replace the item or refund you.
Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Email us as soon as possible.
